Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct random inspection on site activities and raise NCR alert in case of defects. Identify, eliminate, managing risk related to poor quality via NCR through daily site surveillance. Monitor Customer satisfaction level. perform 2nd part audits on suppliers and sub-contractors. Managing testing agencies and 3rd parties within the project area. Participate in the preparation of the project quality close out report.
Duties and Responsibilities: Creating shop drawing layouts (Lighting - Power - Cable routing - L.C System…….. Etc.). Coordination with other trades (structure - arch. - mechanical). Load schedule of all distribution panels. Make our and subcontractors Invoices. Make all Documents related to project & its management.
Main job responsibilities:
Creating all Elec. shop drawings layouts
Coordination with other trades.
Make all schedule related to elec. works (L.S-V.D-F.R).
Make Invoices.
Management of Documents control.
Lighting calculations for Domestic applications.
Coordination with other disciplines (structure - arch. - mechanical).
Creating plants layouts (Lighting - Power - Cable routing - Low Current…….. Etc.).
Production of Basic Engineering deliverables (B.O.Q - data sheet - Specs ….. Etc.).
Creating Shop Drawings for plants layout (Lighting - Power - Cable routing - Low Current…….. Etc.).
Working on site work instructions and its new modifications drawings.
Send letters and RFI about the problems in the work.
Working on the as built drawing.
Make sketches of the electrical works which need to be done in the site.
Make coordination between the site conditions and the shop drawings.
Working on the load schedule of all distribution panels.
Design of electrical systems and make the all related necessary design drawings.
- Making an electrical design (lighting and small power and power) for some projects as Hotels, Banks and Factories.
- Making a Light current design (fire system, CCTV, telephone & data and others) for this kind of the projects.
- Making a Shop drawing and as built drawing for any project.
Working on the new BOQ after modification to get the variation order.
Working on site work instructions and its new modifications drawings.
Send letters and RFI about the problems in the work.
Send, receive and replay the area hand over of all fixes of work.
Tack a photo of damage MEP works due to civil works and make damage reports.
Working on the as built drawing.
Make sketches of the electrical works which need to be done in the site.
Make coordination between the site conditions and the shop drawings.
Working on the load schedule of all distribution panels of the whole project.
Design of electrical systems and make the all related necessary design drawings.
Lighting calculations for Domestic & Commercial applications.
Coordination with other disciplines (structure - arch. - mechanical).
