•Transferring bleaching unit from factory to another
•Making dimensioned work drawing for the hydrogenation, bleaching areas
•Drawing P&I drawings for hydrogenation & tank farm areas

•Rearranging air solenoids to be collected into closed boxes for easily monitoring & maintenance
•Rearrangement of sending & receiving pipes in factory & tank farm area
•Installing hot water tank & using it in heating some special products
•Removing cancelled pipes on racks to be used again
•Applying TPM & 5s for ghee & liquid soap factory
•Standardize & complete overhaul for many machines
•Localize many foreign spare parts as cost & time reduction
•Working in TQM project aims to detect oil losses, check the rout causes & eliminate it.
•Applying ventilation system for the factory (axial fans & louvers)
•Applying natural ventilation system to hotel (centrifugal fans)
