Supporting a stuff of engineers and technicians to startup the new washing machine factory, the factory consists of 76 plastic injection production lines (HAITIAN), Cabinet production press lines (Corno marco, AIDA, AP&T), Drum production lines (Corno marko), and assembly lines (qs).
Providing technical and Engineering support for all company branches like new projects electrical design, equipment upgrade and comunicate with equipment and spare parts manufacturers. The company has branches at El-Dekheila Port, Abu Qir port, Damietta port, Suez Al-Adabia port, Ghazala factory for trailers and has heavy equipment for loading and unloading ships like Shipunloader (BUHLER), Cranes (GOTTWALD, LIBBHERR), Reach stacker (belloti - ferrari) and others.I am supporting the stuff to minimize downtime time and cost and calculating KPI to ensure the quality and reliability of work done
1- Installation and commissioning of new machines. 2- Breakdown maintenance and corrective actions . 3- Preventive maintenance programs and ISO documentation. 4- Utilities and power system of the factory. 5- Instrumentation and electronic maintenance. 6- Prepare the reports of engineering department. 7- Calculating KPI of engineering department . 8- Manage maintenance stuff.
