• Solve customer’s technical complains in professional way.
• Apply standard and advanced CPE configuration.
• Through working there, Troubleshooting and Supporting for ADSL, Using
a lot of tools like Secure CRT to access the DSLAM's .
• Through working there, Troubleshooting and Supporting for ADSL, Receiving DSL’ and installation adsl and local loop .
(Paradyne, Cisco & CTCU ) in order to check customer ADSL Ports
status in Raya Telecom Pops .
• Working as a Technical Support (1st line customer support) in Internet
Egypt call center troubleshooting ADSL with our customers and configure
variety of modems and routers such as (Alcatel, Conexant, D-Link,
Globes pan, Zyxel, Linksys, Billion, Huawei, and Paradyne)
static IPs and username. Installation adsl and local loop.
