•Responsible for vendor accounts internal and external suppliers of the company with respect to the financial part of the company's books, as well as the Oracle system
•Training new users of Oracle Accounts Payable module
•Preparing employees’ payment statements such as leave settlement advances against house rent allowance, arrears, bonus and final settlement using Oracle Accounts Payable module
•Created invoices required and also creating of the debit memo for each supplier, the required payments and pre-payments. by the module accounts payable
• Invoicing, check bank balances of account statements, writing checks
• Required to prepare and audit accounts.
• Team up with audit manager in order to collect raw data for the accounts.
• Responsible for the analysis of receipts and payments, details of creditors and debtors, bank reconciliations and control accounts, etc.
