* Responsible for Handling Escalation form Customer and Vendor
* Ensures that the systems and technology used are constantly upgraded to remain relevant.
* Create innovative solutions to various networking problems and ensures that customer needs are properly defined and satisfactorily met.
* Periodic inspection and audit NOC Team to ensure that work procedures carefully followed.
* Prepare Periodic Reports about Network Performance and Availability.
* Ensuring the whole NOC shift works in an efficient and effective manner.
Responsibilities:
Mainly providing E&M Maintenance Service for STC (GSM - LDN - TFM ) Sites
- Generators
- HVAC System
- Firefighting panel
- Access control panel
- AWL Panel
• Supervise Engineers & Technicians activities and duties.
• Following up PMR through WFMS System
• Managing all daily activities related to E&M project to covers all related problem within agreed SLA with the customer
• Follow network KPI and put plans and process to enhance it and match it with costumer needs.
• Ensure immediate responsiveness to E&M TTs on a 24×7 basis.
• Managing engineers, technicians in proper way and make sure that all covers all TTs within SLA
• Worked closely with the customers for those task which is not in our scope & find out the solution at district level to avoid any high level request to high management
• Making SLA reports & get exclusion from the customers on behalf of genuine reason
• Controlling repeated outages/degraded and make permanent solution to avoid any escalation form customers
• Controlling the PMR target & avoid any ETLs rejection
• Get Exclusion for ETL rejection on behalf of Genuine reason
• Handle PODs Certificate with customer.
• Doing close follow up for vandalism cases, making police reports then submit to NPTS through customer to include it in CAPEX replacement project accordingly
• Doing random audit of the teams activities CMR and PMR
• Doing Random EHS audit to make sure that team comply with EHS standard and achieve the project target without any human loss or any misshapen to the human life

Alkan networks, holds sever telecom projects around Africa and the middle east. In Egypt, Alkan networks is responsible of providing BSS O&M for Etisalat Misr Huawei FM Project
Position: FM Team Leader Etisalat Misr Huawei Project
Responsibilities :
Mainly providing O&M tasks for Huawei Telecom Equipment & Electromechanical part .
BSS O&M Eng.
• Providing corrective & Preventive maintenance for GSM sites - BSCs
• Troubleshooting Telecom Failure for different BTS Types
• Troubleshooting microwave issues
(NEC Pasolink V4, NEC Pasolink NEO, RTN 600, RTN 900)
• Microwave links upgrade & downgrade.
• Making PM plans.
• Supervise engineers & technicians activities and duties.
• Following up alarms, handling procedures and providing technical support
• Reporting planned activities to concerned stack holders .
• Following up the assigned tasks from Customer side.
Etisalat ISP access network O&M :
• Site acceptance due to Etisalat/Huawei specs.
• Providing O&M for IPDSLAM (MA5600) regarding SLA
