The Project scope comprises the Construction of 300m long 7 Span Post tensioned cast in situ Bridge
with 2lanes carriageway with Reinforce Earth retaining wall on both ramps and 440 m long Underpass
with 3 lanes on each side. Also, include the asphalt reconstruction and construction of new roads of
approximately 78, 350 sq. m of varying from 2 to 5 lanes main carriageways and the slip lanes.
Construction of twin Pumping stations, mass earth works, drainage& water network installation,
220kv, 66kv and 11kv cable diversions and protections, footpaths, Signage and pavement markings
and Street lighting are the major elements included.
Key Responsibilities:
Headed a team of Planners and monitor the development and execution progress at a Macro
level.
Establish Detailed Master Project Schedules & Internal site target programmes.
Prepare the Prestart Cost Estimate, Annual Budgets and controlling costs against Budgeted
amount.
Define project / project area needs for schedule development, maintenance and monitoring in
accordance with company procedures and client contract requirements.

Supervise the competent performance of schedule development, maintenance, monitoring
and analyze activities and timely issuance of reports
Monitor the project activities against contract scope of work, prepare an additional work cost
estimates.
Liaise with the Construction Manager and site Engineers throughout the process, making
adjustments to project as necessary
Develop the most appropriate method and sequence of construction operations for a
particular project, in conjunction with the Project manager.
Establish and manage effectively a planning and progress control system in order to support
the Project Manager's decision-making process and allow him to complete the project
according to the internal baselines and in compliance with the contractual dates and
requirements.
Ensure any deviation from plan promptly spotted, analyzed, final time impact estimated, and
recommend for corrective actions.
Prepare the Time Impact Analysis & Prepare claims for Time Implications.
Control budgets, changes and estimates at completion to ensure a successful project delivery
Prepare a Cash inflow & outflow statements.
Prepare & Report to Management day-to-day BOQ Turnovers against planned.
Analyze the Performance Indicators of various areas & resources and address to Project
Manager for corrective action.
Resources planning & bench marking the Productivity.

The Project scope comprises the Construction of 2 number of viaduct as a 2 lane carriageway of
900m long each comprise a serious of precast reinforced concrete twin cell box segments and Post
tensioned together in situ employing balance cantilever method of erection facilitated by a purpose
made launching girder & 400-ton Crawler crane. Also include the Construction of Underpass with 3
lanes on each side, the asphalt reconstruction and construction of new roads of approximately 7.24
k.m of varying from 2 to 5 lanes main carriageways and the slip lanes. Construction of twin Pumping
stations, Installation of 4.2 km of storm drainage networks, 2500 sq. m of Infiltration basins, 4.5km of
V channels, 5km of ITS duct installation, 5km of duct crossings & 2km of traffic signal network,
220kv, 66kv and 11kv cable diversions and protections, footpaths, Signage and pavement markings
and Street lighting are the major elements included.

Establish a Project Baseline Schedules, Site Target Programmes & Mitigation Schedules.
Managing the planning department and monitoring the running project using Primavera
Technologies considering the resource and time bound activities.

* Worked on Turnkey Lump sum bid submitted in Joint venture with Siemens VAI to United
Steel Company (SULB), Hidd, Bahrain for Engineering, Procurement, Design, Manufacturing,
Erection, Commissioning, Manning, Training information and services for the complete
Integrated Steel Mill Plant. The Main facilities include one Electric Arc Furnace based Melt
shop, one Heavy & Medium Rolling Mill, one Light & Medium Rolling Mill and various auxiliary
facilities like workshops, warehouses and Administrative buildings, infrastructure facilities etc.
* Worked on Lump sum bid submitted to GIIC, Bahrain for Preliminary Civil Enabling Works.
* Worked on Lump sum bid submitted to Ministry of Electricity & Water Affairs for 220kv/66kv
