Publish project specific procedures related to cost and change control
Review and authorize cost reports.
Review and authorize forecast reports.
Lead control budget creation.
Initiate and review estimates as required for change control.
Supervise contracts invoice approval processing
Preparing PFR (Project Forecast Report) for assigned projects.
Preparing the schedule for the maintenance & Construction project.
• Planning day to day activities like manpower scheduling, job scheduling, Budgetry planning and execution procedures.
• Preparation of monthly report and critics for Oil & gas construction
• Preparation of one day / week / monthly advance planning for contracts.
• Progress Monitoring for Oil & Gas Mechanical works.
• Material planning for purchasing the material from vendor.
• Reviewing the deviations in jobs against whole scope of work.
• Preparation of the bar chart and primavera look sheet for each project with task and targeted milestone.
• Pricing evaluation and preparation of Oil & Gas Mechanical material Purchase Order.
• Finding outs bottle necks, grap emergency task.
• Accelerating the rate of estimation with pricing comparative statement.
• Planning, Organizing and carryout jobs with schedule completion dates.
• Can work under pressure and in any environment.
