Lead The operation Team To Assure the Good Operational Compliance with the Company Standards and Products ISO Specs For the Grey
Hydrogen Production Plant And Hydro-Treating Plants .
•
• Participating and Supporting for HAZOP, SIL, RCA/incident investigation etc as required.
Supervise inspection activities and monitoring catalyst loading during shutdown/Turnaround to ensure compliance with agreed Job practices
and methodology.
•
• Provide support to operation during Start-up/Shut-down of assigned unit(s).
Provide support to other departments for problem solving and troubleshooting exercises. Also, to Projects team at various stages
(Identify/Assess, Design, Execute phase).
•
• Provide professional engineering advice and technical expertise to support development and optimization of unit operational plans.
• Provide professional engineering advice, technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance to operation department of the assign unit (s).
• Provide relevant information and advice to support the development of a sound business plan.
• Monitor Operating parameters and provide guidance to ensure unit operations within specified IOW/Operating limits.
Assist The Commissioning Team In Supervising EPC Contractor in the Execution of Commissioning & Start Up Activites For the respective
Disciplines.
•
Co-ordinate and interface with other Technical Departments, Business Units, Operations, and Maintenance functions to resolve technical
issues and ensure quality Engineering execution and integrity.
•
• Ensure Safe and Timely Completion of Commissioning & Start up Activities.
Participate in detailed operator training where needed. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the training, while identifying potential
weaknesses and propose overcoming them.
•
Attend all Project technical sessions by the EPC Contractor such as: Design Review Meetings, 3D Model Review Meeting, Constructability, SIL,
EIA, HAZOP and HAZID etc.
•
• Development Of Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start Up Procedures .
Supervises contractors plans and procedures for transitions from Construction (Area Based) Mechanical Completion (System/ Sub-system
based) to System Completion.
•
• Reviews and approves contractors commissioning and startup procedures.
Monitor and Safeguards that the Project Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start Up Activities Executed in Accordance With
Company's Procedures .
•
• Participate in developing the Commissioning and Startup Schedules during the EPC work

• Monitors and safeguards that the project Commissioning and Start up activities executed in accordance with Companys procedures.
• Developing/Reviewing commissioning plans and procedures that ensure the safe and efficient operation of EPF plants.
• Conducting pre-commissioning activities such as equipment inspection, testing, Air Blowing, Function Tests and calibration, and verifying that all equipment and systems installed and functioning properly.
• Supervise the Initial Filling Activites For Filters, Membranes and Catalyst Loading for SRU .
• Supervising Oil Flushing Activites For GTG and Chemical Cleaning for Compressors .
• Conducting commissioning tests, such as CLT, GLT, pressure Hydrostatic tests( Tanks, vessels and Exchangers ), chemical cleaning, Loap check, Solo runs and Mechanical Run Tests and analyzing data to identify and troubleshoot issues.
• Providing technical support to operations and maintenance teams, including training on plant operation and maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and developing standard operating procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, such as OSHA and EPA guidelines, and maintaining accurate records of all commissioning activities.
• Participating in project meetings and providing updates to management on project status, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Monitor operating parameters, provide guidance to ensure unit operations within specified IOW/Operating limits and Analyze operation problems and recommend solutions to them.
• Provides technical input for advanced process control applications to enhance operation of the unit.
• Assess different operation units in order to determine the efficiency of each unit and Issue monthly operating performance report highlighting the KPIs, analysis and performance improvement recommendations.
• Perform operational tests of the units in order to identify the bottlenecks and Propose modifications in order to solve bottlenecks .
• Support operation in different activities such as troubleshooting, start-up and shut-down and Prepare procedures for special operational activities.
• Enhance the competitiveness of CDU and VDU asset base by capturing integration opportunities between process units and facilities.
• Attend daily operation/maintenance meeting in order to plan and support day-today activities.
• Liaise with maintenance, HSE and QA/QC teams on asset integrity, inspections and modifications.
• Execution Of required plant change (MOCs) as a self-directed individual.
• Participate and support for HAZOP, SIL, RCA Studies and incident investigation etc as required.
• Creat and Implement Strategy For Special Material Division .
• Project Engineer For Epoxy Chemicals Plant Design Studies Feed.
• Supervise the projects execution in special material division .
• Representative for Conshield, APPURVA and Quackwrap in UAE and GCC .
