11) Prioritize business proposals against investment criteria and New Business Development (NBD) portfolio strategy.
12) Determine the scope and objectives of the deal, offering commercial and technical solutions that make up Propertynet business offering.
13) Approve contract payments and variations within authority limit.
14) Determine requirements for reporting venture performance.
15) Participate in planning NBD performance.
16) Act as a "Deal Closer" and mobilize the investor's senior management to resolve the few remaining issues before major commitment points are reached
