1) Designing different schemes for the marketing and advertising illustrations.

6) Develop an in-depth understanding of tenants -- their business, strategies, customers, and trends that impact their need for space
7) Plan & negotiate payment programs with high risk delinquent customers
8) Review & monitor performance of the Lease & Marketing Executives
9) Vendor Relationship Management - Create, maintain, grow and foster quality relationships specifically with valued partner brokerage firms and in general with the greater brokerage community
10) Flag off properties being leased out at below market yields to the Asset Manager (to review best use of land)

9) Report to Managing director providing relevant information relating to deal progress that can be presented up the Propertynet management chain.
10) Represent Propertynet in market place meeting with customers and supporting marketing initiatives to build pipeline.
11) Prioritize business proposals against investment criteria and New Business Development (NBD) portfolio strategy.
12) Determine the scope and objectives of the deal, offering commercial and technical solutions that make up Propertynet business offering.
13) Approve contract payments and variations within authority limit.
14) Determine requirements for reporting venture performance.
15) Participate in planning NBD performance.
16) Act as a "Deal Closer" and mobilize the investor's senior management to resolve the few remaining issues before major commitment points are reached
