Set targets for the Area’s sales force in cooperation with the RSM and guide and motivate the S&D staff in their performance, to effectively manage and control the van sales operation and realize the sales targets with agreed expenses.
Execute the agreements with Key Accounts, according to instructions and maintain good business relations with the representatives of Key Accounts in the area
Make and execute the daily journey plans for the sales force in cooperation with the respective sales supervisors, in order to plan customer’s routes efficiently.
Ensure execution of merchandising at the points of sales, in line with the policies and instructions, in order to influence the shopper’s choice in favor of Soudanco products.
Ensure initiation and organization of sales to new clients in the Area, aligned with the relevant other departments and in line with the S&D strategy, in order to increase sales.
Ensure the required number and quality of people, and people management in line with soudanco HR policies, in order to enable the realization of the S&D targets.

Managing the sales and account management activities to improve short and long term sales and market share growth.
Engage with costumers for monthly sales planning.
Carry out monthly account reconciliation with Finance teams to ensure Customer outstanding is within agreed credit terms.
Co-ordinate with Head Office marketing & logistics departments for timely deliveries.
Achieve sales target for the designated chain
Continuously check the stock status for both company & competition using customer record card
Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives in order to increase sales
Work closely with customers to meet their needs and close opportunities
Expand customer base by opening new customers.
Stick to the credit policy & improve collection
Perform customers visits as per the agreed journey plans.
Follow up on the stock level at the trade and propose any needed actions
Enhance the product visibility by executing display plans
