•Develop, improve, or customize products, equipment, formulas,
processes, or analytical methods.
•Study effects of various methods of processing, preserving, or packaging on composition or properties of products.
•Lead the cost reduction projects which relevant to technical changes in products.
•Study the market and competitor’s products to make more competitive products.
•Make the required researches for new raw materials and more trials for enrich our products by the quality and suitable and competitive price.

•Write technical reports or prepare standards and specifications for processes, facilities, products, or tests.
•Ensure employees, contractors, and vendors work practices are in regulatory compliance with environment regulations, as well as with company standards and policies.
•Analyzes chemical inventory data, (MSDSs, lab analyses) to determine potential impact of water, hazardous waste, air, soil, reclamation, health and safety regulations to ensure safe handling, use and storage of such materials.
•Designing systems, processes, and equipment for control, management, and remediation of water, air, and soil quality and all natural resources.
•Takes a lead role in the mitigation of environmental, health and safety incidents and problems.
•Assist in writing environmental permit applications including acquiring new permits/licenses, project descriptions, environmental management plans, and other documents as required. Update these documents as needed.
•Implement and maintain corporate environmental processes to ensure conformance with ISO 14001 Standard and other standards as required.
•Preparing, reviewing, and updating environmental investigation and recommendation reports.
•Developing proposed environmental protection programs, projects, objectives and targets, and reporting to management on progress in attaining them.
•Liaising with governmental parties and other organizations or any relevant authorities agencies about environmental policies and standards.
•Analyze performance and make recommendations for improvements.
•Provide environmental updates and training to operations/management staff as needed.
•Member in emergency team in cases of spills, fire, rescue or accidents.
•Involved in EIA and responsible for its updates.
•Involved in implementing ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 9001, ISO17025 and its procedures.
•Excellent First Aid back ground.
•Conduct formal audits/inspections and environment meetings.
•Ensure products meet or exceed customer requirements & expectations
for quality with final product approval.
•Working supervisor position involves sampling, inspecting and
testing components and finished products.
•Works in manufacturing to make sure that product are of good
quality & suitable for their purpose& agree standards & product specifications.
•Responsible for administration and oversight of the laboratory's
quality systems and policies and review of analytical procedures and
technology for compliance with established policies and procedures.
•Monitoring operations to prevent the production of defects and to
verify adherence to quality plans and requirements included data analysis, trend identification, troubleshooting and corrective action.
•Member of Six Sigma & lean manufacture team and involved in many cost saving projects which achieved good revenue.
•Approve batches, incoming raw materials, and routine analysis of the different samples to classify their physical and chemical identity.
•Perform analysis from the following analytical
equipment: Ft-Ir, GC, HPLC, Kf-Titrator, Refractometer, Scales, Oven, Pycnometer, Etc.
•Maintain and calibrate all analytical equipment according to the
schedule and Standard Operating Procedures.
•Prepare test solutions, compounds, or reagents for laboratory
personnel to conduct tests.
•Complete all paperwork related to the analysis (Calibration Log,
Finished Goods Log, Raw Materials Log, ETC.)
•Validation and development of analytical methods, also validation of manufacturing equipment, production lines and products.
•Review and Update test methods and procedures according to SOP.
•Prepare reports to document findings and recommendations.
