•Designing and submitting of Electrical Shop Drawing and As-built Drawings.

Scope of work:
•MEP consultant engineer for construction of a hotel comprising of 22 floors, 3 basements including dining area, meeting rooms, retail area and other amenities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Testing and commissioning.
•Technical control.
•Analyze and propose technical solution for work conflict between execution and DWG.
•Preparation of design drawings.
•Shop drawing review.
•Material submittal review.
•Budgeting and billing preparation.
•Breakdown of prices, cost and feasibility analysis.
•Mechanical and Electrical site Supervision.
•Review meetings with the suppliers and review project material submittals.
•Prepare for the weekly meetings and reviewing MOM of the works on site.
Design Lighting, Power, Fire alarm CCTV Riser diagrams, and lightning protection systems for residential buildings.
•High rise & small projects tendering.
•Electrical design for villas, malls and commercial buildings in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Lebanon.
•Checking all design drawings, BOQ and specifications.
•Processing Project.
•Panel Board description.
•Drawings for control panels (wiring diagrams, Instruments hock up, loop and interconnection drawings).
•Lighting and Power calculation.
Lead change management and release control on product components.
•Promote Software application for arab embassies.
•Build and manipulate mobile application software and offer it to the Arabian embassies
•Analyze and propose solutions to resolve issues associate with obsolete components and supplies.
•Monthly update of our product with new ads.
Daily Reports about the work done.
•Prepare offers and contracts and manage After Sales Follow-Up.
•Expanding Sales Operations by Exporting to the Middle East & North Africa.
•Negotiation and Site Visits.

•Electrical generators installation and sensors testing (Volvo, Perkins and Lister).

•Propose and analyze solutions for client power generator problems based on power needed.

•Electric control unit and DEEP SEA Genset testing programming and software troubleshooting.
•BOM: Build and manipulate generators and panels structure bill of material.
