Voice Quality Team Leader (Network Quality Department) : From 01/01/2009 till now

A- Responsible of Voice Quality Team: 8 Engineers specialized on the Speech (GSM) and Data (GPRS/EDGE) Benchmarking measurement Tools used to improve the performance & Quality of service networks:

Benchmarking Drive Testing: make a periodical Benchmarking Campaigns “Speech GSM, Data GPRS/EDGE, SMS” in all Algeria company (46 down town, 30 Big City, 90 Major Road, Highways, Special Project...) using 4 equipments “2 Qvoice & 2 SwissQual”.

Reporting: Network problems Detection and Analysis (Radio, Voice & Data); detect strongest and weakest technical point to put the short term action plan, Action tracking, Benchmarking Statistics & KPI evolution, KPI Ranking.

Special Project Monitoring: Validation and monitoring of all actions and projects (FP’s, Software Upgrade, New HW implementation, Redesign, Migration…) with different teams (Optimisation, Radio, BSS, NSS, Voice, COR Network, IT…)

B- Responsible of Network Quality Department budget management: Technical/Admin budged, Technical Training Budged monitoring & management, Equipments purchasing (Equipment Purchase, Suppliers Contact, Maintenance & support with: SwissQual, Ascom Nemo Suppliers)

Field Measurement Engineer (Access Network Department) : From 25/12/2006 to 31/12/2008:

Air Interface Monitoring Speech/Data.
Elaborating internal audits using several tools (Qoive Ascom, SwissQual, Tems, Nemo).
Complaint Processing & follow up.
