Key responsibilities : Market Analysis: -Observe a retail audit on quarterly basis. -Market share. -Supply chine. To achieve the brand objective. -Monitor level of distribution per market V.s Total market. -Gather market facts: processing the data in order to keep our channels growing. -Observe the competitors who are the main players in same channels we exist in and what kind of activities they are doing. -Developing the planogram and creating the new one if any. Operational Marketing-Merchandising- exaction : -Propose marketing plans/animations adapted to the region. -Check good implementation of merchandising guidelines and proposes possible improvement. -Monitor shelf space and visibility of brands in selected main retail doors. Applying the right planogram ahead with must stock list. -Prepare presentations and meet retailers whenever necessary, particularly for listing process new arrivals. -Monitoring the right exaction for product mix in all channels. -Liaise smoothly between retailers, principals, and local distributors for implementation of specific animations, promotions, and Star brand program. Sales Reporting : -Responsible of monthly sales reporting to principals and figures synthesis by country and by brand. -Gather and provide principals with monthly stock statements from local distributors. Media : -ATL TVC-outdoors add- Radio /BTL on-ground activities ( 360 degree activity ) -Developing the ATL calendar with the marketing manager. -Ensure that the operation manger has the last updated ATL calendar. -Ensure that all our social media is ruining in parallel what is taking place offline so to ensure the ultimate engagement with our online community so to be reflected on our sales to the channels and increase the traffic flow and the maximum awareness to our products and activities. -Develop the BTL material as per requirements of each campaign and the proper installation of the same in all channels.

- Coordinate the involvement of company personal, including support, service and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
