* To ensure division contributes to the company overall profitability via adherence to and proper implementation of the Commercial annual business plan via effective / efficient division management and growth.
* Achieve division’s overall case sales volume / value and profit margins / net revenues objectives by developing, managing and executing annual business plan in respect to sales, marketing, business development and supply chain functions.
* Develop and seek approval for division business plans formed of sales and distribution structure, resources needed (people / assets), customer service and the sales and distribution objectives split by area, channel, customer, brand / sku and teams monthly / quarterly targets.
* Accountable for and provide on-time / accurate Sales forecasting to ensure continuous stock availability, thus facilitating achievement of the Commercial annual business plan.
* Plan and manage division OPEX budget, anticipate division structure needs, control trade spend salary and sales reward schemes budgets. All to contribute to company bottom-line.
* Accountable and execute yearly division business plan. Conduct monthly performance Scorecards review meetings vs. division business plan to management, including competitive intelligence and trade insight.
* Convert division business plan into short term objectives of annual, quarter and monthly case sales, distribution, coverage, net revenue, customer service, merchandising and trade Marketing and promotions.
•Complement and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives
aiming to accelerate growth
• Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial
opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
• Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
• Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
• Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, finance, supply chain,
logistics, production, customer service etc.)
• Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
• Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior
management
• Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring.
Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goal and profitability.
•identify and open new retail accounts and channels and working with existing wholesale customers to increase revenue in line with agreed budgets
•Monitor orders received by wholesale partners and make recommendations for improvements and driving sales
•Identify new product development opportunities that will drive sales and communicate these requirements to the business.
•Maintain accurate of all pricing, sales and activity reports submitted by Accounts Department.
•Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high level of client satisfaction
Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and targeted consumers insights.
•Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to.
•Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies. Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to “take action” Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

•Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
•Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
•Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
•Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
•Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
•Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
•Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
•Ensures effective control of marketing results and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
•Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
•Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
•Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.
•Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
•Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
Ensure exceptional customer service is always delivered.
•Manage and motivate the team to meet sales targets and margin and ensure efficiency.
•Manage and ensure proper stock management (stock value, control out of stock, orders and merchandise deliveries) in coordination with the section supervisors.
•Analyze the competition pricing and promotional activities to ensure competitive advantage.
•Manage and control attractive displays and correct pricing are implemented at all times.
• Ensure all hygiene, safety requirements and standards of preparation, preservation and necessary packaging are adhered to.
• Establish attractive display implementation of merchandise inside the section.
•Negotiate internal promotions with the supplier to enforce the image of discount inside the section.
* Manage, lead and develop the team to deliver high performance.
* Delivering consistent high store standards, improving range & merchandising.
* Managing routine procedures whilst ensuring that all policies are adhered to.
* Delivering all store KPIs - sales, shrinkage, profit, wage costs etc. to achieve targets as agreed with your Manager.
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and setting challenging targets to minimise payroll costs.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
* Maintain H&S, Food Safety and Fire Regulations.
* Training and development of the store team, managing performance and coaching.
