Praparing books of accounts upto trial balance using Quick Books accounting Package, prepare Quarterly Management accounts, Handle Accounts Payable and accounts receivable Accounts, handle petty cash, make bank reconciliations, and prepare Annual budget for the centre.Prepare payroll and ask for quotations from suppliers for centre's requirements and present to the Board of governors for appointment of Suppliers etc.
