Delivering Technical Courses
-Delivering some official curriculum in Egypt and overseas ( UAE, Sudan, South Africa, KSA and others) .
- Introducing New Technologies.
- Responsible to all training process at ITI such as interviewing instructor, reviewing curriculum, checking classroom requirement, monitoring training process, evaluating the training process.
- Responsible to provide the technical offer in any training tender (Government, and Private sector)
- Responsible to create and update an Instructor Database.
- Preparing and customizing all training curriculum according to customer needs
- Meet frequently with the sales and marketing team to introduce the new courses and new technologies.
Responsible to 2 main training Egyptian movement tender, my role was more like as project manager, I was responsible for wetting with my team the technical offer, choosing the right material, communicate with the IT vendor in case of any customizing is needed, communicating with the instructor and interviewing them so check their skills ( Technical and Training Skills ) and once we start executing the tender i was responsible for planning, executing, monitor and control and closing the project.
Delivering some Technical Courses myself.
Delivering some official curriculum such as Microsoft tracks, Cisco tracks, EC Council Courses, Linux Courses, CompTIA Courses.
I was also responsible to maintain IT Partnership using my Technical ID's and minting the right number of training hours for each vendors.
