* Receives all electrical, mechanical and HVAC materials check for specifications according to order description.

* Issuing materials to against Materials Request Voucher done by engineers through SAP system.
* Ensure that all materials received by site foremen and engineers and receipt signature is obtained

* Publish all reports (weekly & monthly reports and others) that help for revealing site consumption of materials.
* Monitor stock levels and tell site engineers to request needed materials and prepare the documents to proceed with purchase orders.
*Assigned daily tasks to labors and helpers under me.
* Making all location updates

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Receives all pharmaceuticals i.e. drugs, reagents, and chemicals and other medical supplies, check for specifications according to order description.
* Receiving and issuing direct and stationary items.

* Receives and checks all material items for medical group.

* Witnesses the assembly of all equipment by the supplier engineer and in the presence of users as necessary.

* Informing respected users about new materials received at medical store and giving relevant information about the materials.

* Ensure that all wards and units of the medical group received materials and receipt signature is obtained.

* Dispatch materials to departments according to their request and make issue tickets for the issued materials through MMMS (Materials and Maintenance Management System).

* Updates all information on MMMS (Materials and Maintenance Management System) and ensures the register for detail request for quotation is updated so as to produce progress reports for appropriate heads at anytime.

* Publish all reports (weekly & monthly reports and others) that help for revealing hospital consumption of medical materials.

* Experience in general office administration and clerical support to the management.
