Scope of Work:
Overseeing the installation of New Desalter Train of 50, 000 STBOPD capacity each (one
train at each gathering center) and associated ancillaries. In addition to monitoring the tie of
the new facilities into the existing GC tie-in points, and provision of the new diesel generator
in each GC.
Managing the re-routing & demolition of existing pipelines, re-routing and protection of
underground electric cables, instrument cables & communication cables, in order to install
the new Desalter Train at the GCs.
Modification of Tank Nozzles to be executed as per design to accommodate the facility
expansion.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure that staff members meet their required tasks.
• Manage day-to-day working activities.
• Efficiently allocating manpower, equipment, and materials to project tasks, optimizing
resource utilization, and ensuring smooth project progress.
• Regular Site visits.
• Produce the project construction deliverables to the schedules set by the project
manager.
• Oversee the quality of the project construction deliverables.
• Overseeing the planning, scheduling, and coordination of project tasks to ensure
efficient execution.
• Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and implementing cost control
measures.
• Identify technical and function problems and coordinate resolution as appropriate.
• Oversee close-out activities of the construction site.
• Maintaining regular communication with client representative, addressing their
concerns, providing project updates, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the
construction process.
• Take Project Manager Tasks in his absence with the approval of client.
Scope of Work:
Site survey, slit trenching, detailed design and engineering, procurement, supply installation,
testing, commissioning and performance Acceptance testing of WKO facilities and RTRP
Pipelines Network for Gathering Centre 3, 4, 7& 21 in South & East Kuwait area with all
associated civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, cathodic protection, communications,
networks, HVAC, instrumentation……….
Responsibilities:
• Provide feedback / input during the recruitment process to ensure qualified personnel
are selected.
• Ensure staffing levels are in accordance with work force plans.
• Manage day-to-day working activities.
• Solve any unexpected problems.
• Regular Site visits.
• Coordinate site construction activities.
• Oversee, monitor and manage project construction sub-contractors.
• Produce the project construction deliverables to the schedules set by the project
manager.
• Oversee the quality of the project construction deliverables.
• Monitor project status in terms of time, quality and cost.
• Contribute to package cost and schedule reviews.
• Identify technical and function problems and coordinate resolution as appropriate.
• Oversee close-out activities of the construction site.
• Take Project Manager Tasks in his absence with the approval of client.
Scope of Work:
SAC planes to build a new underground 20" EOCENE crude oil pipeline from WAFRA to
MINA-SAUD approximately 51 Km Long. The new 20" pipeline will be used to transfer
60000 to 100000 barrels of heavy oil per day.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Full responsibility for overall project and its success full completion
• Ensuring the full awareness of the Project discipline leaders and management team
of the contractual and quality requirements
• The preparation and distribution of “Project Execution Plan” incorporating discipline
leaders’ comments.
• Implementation of Project policies and procedures
• Issuing the project quality policy to project team
• Coordinating with the DM’s to ensure availing adequate qualified resources for
carrying out the work in accordance with the PQP.
• Regularly review project network, comprising baseline schedule to actual work
completed
• Management of Suppliers & Subcontractors.
• Reviewing and following up the project quality audit reports and the corrective actions
requests to ensure timely and effective resolution

Gas, Fuel Gas Supply Line, Group test and Production Feeder.
• Construction of 8 Km 12" RTRP Pipeline for Brackish & Effluent Water.
• Construction of 28 Nos. Pig Launcher/Receiver with different size.
• Welding of more than 25000" Dia. For piping works.
• Steel Structure works for pipe Supports, plate forms, etc.
• Preparing & Issuing Planning Documents and Progress Reports
• Monitoring/ Recording progress of disciplines deliverables with respect to
schedule and spent man-hours.
Responsibilities:
Arrange and control materials and all resources according to the schedule of the project.
Ensure that the approved and latest drawings & all documents are available at site with all
mechanical engineers.
Ensure that all construction activities at the site are in accordance with the project
description and proven owner the highest quality requirements into line with the
requirements of safety and health.
• Monitoring and management of all company operations, materials, equipment and
labor necessary for timely implementation of specific technical requirements of the
client sternly asks the safety and health at the various stages of implementation.
The Responsibilities:
• Report to the project Manager for all the status of the sites.
• Arrange and coordinates to meet inspection and hold points.
• Arrange and control materials and all of resources according the schedule of the
project
• Ensures that the approved and latest drawings & all documents are available at the
site with all engineers.
• Coordination with all the engineers at the site of work organization and the erosion of
a conflict between different activities
• Ensure that all construction activities at site are in accordance with the project
