Monitor the Project cash-flow and prepare schedule forecasts / Payments (Invoicing) Forecasts / Cash Flow Analysis. 
 Prepare the project’s cost report (internal) to confirm the budget planning & analyzing the variance between Actual
Cost and Budgeted cost and take preventive/corrective actions if necessary. 
 Prepare a monthly top management executive summary report/Dashboards integrating both cost and time (Earned
Value Management) to summarize the overall performance of the company’s projects. 
 Apply Earned Value tools and techniques to identify project’s Estimate at completion.
 Adding new variation/change orders to the project budget (if any).
 Provide quarterly cost plan showing forecast/estimate to complete cost. 
 Monitor and track projects monthly manpower and equipment and compare it with monthly budget to ensure
company resources utilization plan is applied.
 Support tender team with historical data to be used in the upcoming bids

• Control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
• Generate monehtly project costing related reports to the team and for management review to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
• Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery of material and diligent progress of the work.
• Review commercial performance of contractors and vendors against budgets and forecast targets.
• Assist project managers in optimizing and improving the budgeted profits.

•Attend project kick-off meeting in order to collect project cost estimation and resources data prior to mobilization.
•Liaise with project engineers responsible for the different trades (civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation..etc.) to obtain accurate actual cost on a daily basis.
•Perform cost management activities including comparing forecast and actual project cost to ensure compliance with project cost related procedures.
•Generate and submit regular project cost control reports to commercial managers and project managers showing analysis of cost data, estimated against actual project cost variance and forecasts, to ensure cost is monitored throughout the project.
•Propose project control plans to ensure the alignment with project planned budget and effective cost utilization.
•Evaluate the suppliers and/or the subcontractors commercial offers and compare them with the project budget.
•Collect data for monthly invoices, revise and submit them to the client/employer.
•Generate and submit regular respective project cost control reports to Commercial Managers and Project Managers including estimation against actual project cost variance data and forecasts to assure respective cost is monitored during the project.

•Evaluate the suppliers and/or the subcontractors finanical offers and comparing it with the project budget
•Collecting data for the monthly invoices, revising and submitting it to the owner

•Review design and coordinate the different trades to ensure compliance between design and workshop drawings.
•Supervise work on site to ensure diligent progress and high quality of work.
•Review project resources and invoicing to ensure alignment with project budget.
•Prepare weekly progress reports and submit them to the site manager.

•On behalf of the developer, supervise day to day site work for desimentation tank and transformer building.
•Interact with project manager for clarifications in design/ RFI etc.
•Follow up with subcontractors’ site engineers to ensure that work is being carried out as per design drawings, specifications & meeting schedule planned dates.
•Report progress on daily basis, as well as non-compliance and issues, to the project manager.
•Ensure that communication regarding any changes in plan has reached the engineers, contractors and sub-contractors.
•Identify and highlight possible project risks.
•Assist in project documentation.
•Accurately inventory the jobsite and ensure that the supplies are properly stored and maintained.
•Ensure compliance with safety requirements for the project.
