Responsible for the functioning of Microsoft systems such as Active Directory (Including DNS,
DHCP, WDS, WSUS, Windows Server Backup, IIS, FSRM, GPO, Work Folders)
Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues remotely or on site for around
150 users.
Installing/configuring new computers, software and applications, projectors, printers, wireless
access points, and other equipment’s as needed.
QNAP NAS storage management.
Established process improvement strategies that drive positive changes and resulted in a 100% IT
incident remedy rate.
Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems
Assist employees with the installation of applications and programs
Provide support for Microsoft 365 and Exchange
Set up users in a domain environment
Resolve network issues
Configure operating systems
Use remote desktop connections to provide immediate support
Troubleshoot printer issues
Install and configure Adobe Suite and AutoCAD
Configure software for DVRs
install and configure the company's computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup andnetwork configuration
Follow up with remote users to ensure that their VPN clients are workingproperly
Manage the store's supplies using ManageEngine software
Provide support in person, over the phone, or via remote access
Provide first-line technical support to users, including troubleshooting andresolving computer hardware and software issues, such as Windowsinstallation and configuration of NIC and shared profiles.
Document and track customer issues and resolutions.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or individual.
Provide training and education to users on IT products and services.
