General Affairs (GA) is the department that responsible for all infrastructure functions for the company, such as managing company fleet, employees’ transportation during the production shifts, admin building facility & maintenance, catering service, all governmental related license & permissions, employees’ social insurance & budgeting for all subsidiary functions
1. Responsible for setting the transportation policy & Rules for each country in coordination with concerned departments.
2. Following up with the team members the daily operation of the transportation to assure the efficiency & quality of the provided service.
3. Responsible for evaluating & rearrange the service, supplier, vehicles & team members.
4. Responsible for running RFP in coordination with concerned departments.
5. Reviewing & following up supplier’s accounts, invoices, credits & payments.
6. Controlling & following up the budget comparing to payment & company strategy.
7. Raising the evaluation & performance reports to my global leaders for review.
1. Leading the teams & assign the tasks for each of them based on his skills.
2. Reviewing all required reports (operational, historical, studies, exercises & forecast) before submitting to top management.
3. Issuing PRs for suppliers’ invoices and following up their POs.
4. Planning, controlling & following up the transportation routes & timing in addition the buses quality.
5. Reviewing & following up all suppliers’ accounts, invoices, credits, cheques.
6. Monitor all cars services should be done and issue maintenance order for the service center.
7. Checking the system dependability & data credibility with the concerned team & follow up its updates.
8. Assign & review the section’s budget & negotiate with the concerned departments per each vendor forecast.
