Reviewing Drawings: Reviewing contractual, architectural, and structural drawings to
identify any conflicts (Clash Detection) before execution.
• Shop Drawings Preparation: Preparing detailed shop drawings for consultant approval (e.g.,
bar bending schedules, wall axes, and finishing details).
• Direct Supervision: Directing labor and subcontractors on-site to ensure correct execution of
excavation, concrete, masonry, and finishing works.
• Handover of Works: Coordinating with the project consultant to hand over different
construction stages and resolve any comments (Snag List).
• Quantity Surveying & Invoicing: Performing accurate quantity surveying for executed and
on-going works, and preparing monthly progress invoices (for the client and subcontractors).
