Position: HR Consultant
I was assigned by the company Egypt branch CEO to establish AND operate an HR department with all the missing HR functions which is Recruitment and Selection - Training and Development - Performance Appraisal - OD Unit - Compensation and Benefits.
I was assigned by the Ministry HR Director to be responsible for all the Hiring and Recruitment activities within the whole Ministry sectors within it’s different branches (Smart Village - Mohandseen - Maadi) including the ICDL Project and IT Club Project Quality Assurance staff around Egypt, plus participating within the Organizational Development process, Career and Succession Planning and Performance Appraisal execution.
1- External and internal training planning, coordination, assessment and evaluation
• Assist in planning, execution and updating the Training Plan
• Assist in conducting the departmental Training Needs Assessment
• Responsible to handle all internal and/or external communications
related to the training plan
•Identifying the rates required for each training course and possible discounts
• Follow up internally and externally on the courses payments
2- Hiring and Recruitment
• Identifying the different departments recruitment needs
• Collecting pool of candidates CV's and filtering them according to the job
• Developing, following and updating recruitment plan
• Filling application forms
• Performing structured and unstructured interviews
• Coordinating and participating in a panel interview if needed
• Performing and maintaining an applicant evaluation document
• Coordinating, checking and maintaining medical examination investigations and
results
• Coordinating with the new comer all the documents required and filing it
• Responsible for orienting the new employee with the place, departmental hierarchy
and the employees with his direct manager.
