- Responsible for the validation of RFQs and raising the POs&
receipting GRNs for the selected suppliers and vendors.
- Identify and assess all projects risks and provide alternatives to
mitigate and eliminate the risks.
- Creating the projects time plans with the contracted milestones.
- Presenting& reporting the projects progress, status& achievements
in the weekly program governance meeting.
- Monitor& Control projects performance against baseline plans.
- Supporting the customer to achieve all business values.
• Managing the E-Declaration project with Egyptian Tax Authority.
• Managing the Digital transformation program with all governmental
entities to deliver all payment solutions (CC, e-wallet& POS).
• Delivered successfully the electronic payment project for IDA.
• Working closely with Sales, Presales, Procurement, Development, IT
& Operation teams to achieve the business goals of the projects.
