Planning, organizing and coordinating of the various activities in the Refractory to ensure smooth production and refining activities as per production requirement, to track all EAF, LF & Tundish Refractory materials, additives, under the scope of SMP-Ref section.
Responsible for work for entering of refractory material through plant gate & maintain register for entered refractory materials.
Responsible for minimise production delays through correct selection of resources and equipment to ensure plant availability.
Responsible for update the demand and supply plan based on actual consumptions and plan for timely arrival of materials to prevent interruptions to the production programme.
Responsible for investigate refractory related problems and suggest proper counter measure.

Develop suppliers for spares, consumables and refractories to minimize lead times and optimize stock aimed at optimizing production cost.
