Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions.
Plan, assign and review staff’s work.
Responsible for general ledger.
Analyze financial information and summaries financial status.
Prepare monthly financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Communicate effectively with internal employees and vendors to establish a strong relationship & Interact with other departments to verify the accuracy of transactions.
• Send vendor invoices through for approval and process in the Company system in a timely manner.
• Account for the correct treatment of VAT on expense invoices.
• Deal with supplier account queries via telephone, email and fax and resolve queries promptly.
• Edit general ledger account numbers and correct coding errors.
• Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
• Fill in where needed in the absents of other employees.
Reviewe organizational internal control and recommending improvements.
Execution of audit procedures in accordance with IFRS.
Perform all audit tests in all areas of financial statements.
Assist in preparing financial statements .
Supervise other colleague's work.
Graduate from School of management studies Accounting & financial management department University of Khartoum - Aug 2010 Bsc Honors Degree 2nd class 1st division
