- Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
- Provide cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes, etc.
- Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
- Supervise office staff for all administrative works that include processing and reviewing of progress payments for contractors.
- Administer contractor’s work and ensure compliance with submitted contract documents.
- Analyze and recommend changes to contracts and prepare necessary amendments in contract document.
Ensure all contract works in compliance with contract documents.
- Listing and calculating steel and concrete in different constructions from drawings and in-situ.
- Inspect work sites, monitor project budget and schedule and check project plans and drawings to verify authenticity of office plans.
- Ensure all contract works in compliance with contract documents.
- Update construction schedule based on project team input
- Prepare monthly report on progress of assigned project with assistance of schedules, costs spreadsheets and perform analysis on same.
Supervising all the civil works on the site, making contracts for the sub-contractors and making the time schedule for the civil works done by various sub-contractors. Along with reviewing and updating project progress and issuing weekly reports.
Project presentation, Reviewing RFPs, Specs Take-off, Quantity Survey, Sites visits, Communicating with the sites projects managers
- Coordination between the sites and the office - making daily reports about the site work progress
- Communicating with the sites project managers - project files documentation
- Listing and calculating steel and concrete in different constructions from drawings and in-situ.
- Reviewing RFPs, Specs sheets, abstracts, contracts and issuing RFIs.
- Reviewing and reading architectural, civil, mechanical, sanitary and electrical drawings and calculating various materials.
- Reviewing Subcontractors interim payments and releasing them after reviews with PM.
- Communicating on weekly basis with the site Engineers
- Supervising the construction of the concrete skeleton "different kinds of slabs, beams and columns”
- Supervising the different contractor works “Form work, steel work, water protection, finishing, etc…”
