Project : 570-C36R Potable water Pump Station (Royal Commission

Preparation and documentation of Inspection reports, Material inspection reports, Equipment inspection reports,
punch listing etc.
* Installation and laying, of MV cable IR & HI-POT, termination & torquing.
* Conducting inspection for LV cable laying, continuity IR test, termination & torquing.
* Verify the equipment and devices used in the project meets the required specifications per project requirements,
Standard and tested in accordance with the procedures.
* Installation CCTV and Public address system comprises of 21U Public address portable rack with ventilation fan,
Audio power amplifier, 2 channels, 120-watts, Pre-amplifier/mixer (audio processor), Audio equalizer (audio
processor), Loud speaker Ceiling mounted & Wall mounted & Paging console with built-in microphone.
* Installation of Remote terminal unit (RTU) including accessories consist of analog and digital input modules, digital
output module and power supply etc.
* Performing inspection and supervision of the electrical installation and testing activities carried out on the sites in
accordance with approved ITP inspection points and related notifications.
* Inspection of materials like junction boxes, fixtures, wires, switches, sockets, conduits, distribution boards etc. and
its documentations.
* Preparation and documentation of Inspection reports, Material inspection reports, Equipment inspection reports,
punch listing etc.
* Interfacing on inspection activities with site based Client discipline engineers.
* Ensuring that the Contractors issue all the necessary quality documents, and that they are dually signed and filed.
* Monitoring and reporting progress against the approved inspection & test plan

Preparation and documentation of Inspection reports, Material inspection reports, Equipment inspection
reports, punch listing etc.
* Conducting inspection for MV&LV cable laying, termination & torquing
* Witness and verify Continuity, Hi-pot, Grounding, and Insulation resistance testing for Medium Voltage & low
voltage cables and equipment solo run test for motors.
* Installation inspection for Rigid PVC coated UG conduits, cable tray, receptacle outlet & JB, Lighting, Receptacles, &
Fire alarm conduits, firm alarm detector & lighting fixtures. Installation & grounding inspection, Termination Function
test for DCP, MV & LV Switchgear, MCC Panel.
* Done Transformer Insulation Resistance test, winding resistance & Temperature test, TTR, Magnetic Balance Test,
Magnetizing Current Test, SFRA test, Vector group test and Motor Insulation & winding resistance.
* Establish and monitors grounding cables and underground conduits installation, HV, MV & Control cables laying in
cable tunnel, switchgear installation, installation of UPS panel & battery charger, HV, LV & MCC panels work schedule.
* Inspection of LT and MV cabling, cable Trays, Point wiring, and race Ways, cable trays etc

Engineering & Execution of project with the help of construction team & Quality Control team
* acting as an interface between different groups of design consultants, vendors and driving point for
construction implementation
* Executing and complying with the engineering and construction activities as per Base-line Project Planning schedule
* planning and executing daily construction activities on Cable trench, lighting Fixtures, Fire alarm,
Communication, LV/MV Switchgears, LV/MV motors, Panels, Cable pulling and Grounding activities
* conducting site walk-through with Quality, HSE and PMT departments
* Monitoring the work schedule & work progress, material availability, RFI proposals, closing of Punch-list reports
and daily reports
* Familiar with the International industry codes & standards related to intrinsically safe systems & electrical
systems such as; NFPA 70/NEC, NEMA VE 1 & 2, IEC.
* Responsible for Preparation of Bill of Quantity of Materials for Supply, Erection, Testing & commissioning for Projects.
* Witness and monitor the entire site inspection and construction activities according to approved construction and
Test Plan.
* Installation of RMU 13.8 KV, Main Fuse Cut out Boards and Instrument Transformer and Relay
* Performs Primary and Secondary of instrument Transformer (C.T. and P.T.), Polarity and Ratio checks
* Ensure that all electrical site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings,
method statements, specification, and work plan

Monitoring control panel wiring, Termination, cable routing & cable tray Installation.
* Preparation of Method of Statement and Testing Procedures
* Main power and distribution cable lay-out, Furnace and Pipe Bridge Trays installation.
* Coordinate with client and conduct key planning and scheduling for electrical construction.
* Temporary facility such as Load calculation, Construction, lighting, cabling.
* Analyses technical data, preliminary specifications, manufacturing limitations, supplier facilities plus availability of
parts equipment
* Troubleshooting of all electrical equipment like ATS panel, lighting system etc.
* Cable Tray erection on Pipe Racks and Substation Cable Vaults and cable laying in trenches and cable trays as
per cable schedule
