Managed Equipment Engineering for the following Projects:
- Major Telecom Egypt OTN/DWDM/SDH Projects in Egypt.

Responsibilities:-
• Responsible for BSS operation & Maintenance looking out for O&M of cell sites, BSCs, BTS, Day to Day alarm handling and fault rectification.
• Skills- Commissioning and integrating of Nokia BTS, NEC SDH and PDH links.
• Monitor alarms and statistics coming from the network.
• Alarm Patching of BTS (Ultra and Flexi), Power Plant, and PIU on DDF and Show it to OMCR.
• Alarm checking & Rectification of BTS elements at OMCR.
• NEC SDH & PDH LINK and managing them.
• E1 connectivity between BSC & BTS sites through different media Microwave (PDH & SDH).
• Rectification of problems like Path loss, Channel failure, Call drop, Poor TCH assignment.
Leading a team also for Installation of GSM-900 & GSM-1800 BTS & 3g BTS

Field supervision the installation of the FTTH network ( the fiber optics network )
- Provide Technical Support (Second level support) For Internet service provided by Etisalat in UAE including technical troubleshooting, Problems fixing and escalation, providing service details. Providing technical support functions for the Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN) include the management of hubs, switches, routers, firewalls and servers. Support Wimax, Cable Modem and Fiber GPON ONT devices(ONT and OLT). Supervise the network and monitor the alarm system/Fault Management.
Maintaining troubleshoot and ensure the availability of the entire core Etisalat Network including upstream providers, peering customers, co-location customers and EMIX (Emirates Internet Exchange) customers
• Using reporting tools and software to prepare management Daily and monthly reports that reflects the performance of the ITSD team
