Complete all individual personalized check ins and check outs & front Desk Cashiering duties.

Completing Registration cards & Follow ups on the guest payments

Answering and distributing all Telephonic/Fax or Emails of in-House guest or incoming guests.

Assist Other Hotel Front office operation (Club Executive/Premium Leisure/Concierge/Telephones/Business Centre/Data Entry etc) whenever required.

Adhere to applicable policies and step by step produces, particularly pertaining to payments, cash Handling and credit policies.

To be reading to work willing to any assignment given.

Assist the guest in the lobby area, responding to any inquiry form the guest.

Handling guest complaint.

Block any rooms with special requests the evening prior to the arrival date and all remaining rooms early in the morning.

Communicate closely with Housekeeping at all times about room allocation changes, pending departures, room moves and waiting guests.

Communicate closely with Accounts about billing and cashiering issues.

Prepare registration cards, welcome booklets and keys for group arrivals and organize the smooth check-in.

Carry out the online safe and print back-up reports on a timely basis.

Follow up on any outstanding departures and to ensure that late check-outs are charged according to policy.

Make sure that all arrival guests are served refreshments on arrival. Escort the guest and provide a Room Orientation to every arriving guest following the Jumeirah Hallmarks and luxury standards.

Setting up of rooms as per individual guest profiles with regards to amenities, personal preferences, etc.

Room supervision and inspection as per Housekeeping standards

Handling guest complaints and ensuring efficient resolving of the same.

Responsible for providing a very high level of proactive and unique style of guest service which includes, Front Office, Housekeeping and Concierge.

Responsible for Making reports which includes:
VIP Report
Mystery Shopper Report
Weekly VVIP Report
Repeat Guests Report
GM’s Cocktail Invitation Report

Handle all the guest queries, Special requests, Special occasions of in house guests and make sure all are met according to the jumeirah standards.
