Responsible for examining and reviewing filed tax returns for accuracy. Decides whether credits and deductions should be allowed. Conduct audits. Identify taxes payable.
Determine the factual basis for claims for refunds. Handle simple tax returns filed by individuals.
Perform clerical duties. Review tax returns and enter them into a computer system for processing.
Contact taxpayer to resolve discrepancy.
Check taxpayers' math and make sure that the amounts they report match those from other sources.
Ensure taxpayers interpret instructions on tax forms. Ensure all deductions are legitimate.
Contact taxpayers to address discrepancies and request supporting documentation.
Notify taxpayers of any overpayment or underpayment and either issue a refund or request further payment.
Adjust the total amount by assessing fees, interest, and penalties and notify the taxpayer of the total liability. Work with more complex tax issues, such as business net operating losses.
Prepare Credit Proposals (Financial Statements Spreads, Financial data analysis, Financial Ratios Analysis, Risk Analysis, Market and Business Analysis, S.W.O.T Analysis) and analyzed annual credit reviews. Monitored banks' exposure to high-risk debts. Compile and analyze Financial Statements, judge outstanding credit and requirements of customers and provide technical advice.
Responsible for preparing reports and standard statements required by Management, review, monitor and analysis the monthly Profit & Loss for the branch and provide effective solutions to maximize profit. Verify the monthly report for Generale Ledger for the Branch.
Establish and maintain a close relationship with customers in order to properly assess, understand & satisfy customer needs.
Develop new business from prospective customers through the utilization of all services of the bank and augment services in the ones already established.
