-Reviewing all the transactions and monitor the transactions for both ERP (Informix) and barcode systems.
-Main member of inventory committee for evaluating, analysis and comparing variances and internal audits.
-Preparing all required reports to higher management showing all receipt, issued and returned goods to stores also balances and none &slow moving items.
-Supervise lifting team to off load paper containers and discharge paper rolls.
-Operate a wood pallet workshop; managing the workshop team consists of (team leader, 2 carpenters, 2 workers and forklift driver).
-Member of committees of discrimination and tracking and inspection of imports and production and preventive measures and operating instructions and amendments to procedures ... etc; in addition to responsibility for the actions of the periodic verification and auditing of the implementation of the measures.
-Member of the license renewal certificate granted to the global quality system (ISO 9001-2000). And shared in the company might get both certificates (ISO environment 14001) and (ISO Occupational Safety and Health OHSAF 18001).
-Issuing and monitoring final products to customers and insure that (on time delivery).
-Reviewing customers balance and advising on the best ways of storing and handling their balance.
