Prepare, develop and monitoring the weekly and monthly plan for metal section.
Monitoring production rates, day to day work progress and prepare performance reports.
Plan and prioritize orders and operations to ensure maximum performance and on time delivery.
Organizing paperwork, such as work orders, delivery schedules.
• Responsible for main parts workshop and sheet metal department
• Programming punch press machine
• Monitoring and controlling production processes which concerning the cooling systems main parts manufacturing (condensers, evaporators and radiators)
• Managing and planning workers during the shift.
• Reporting shift situation to production manager regarding shift problems.
• Follow up, monitoring and controlling production processes which are concerning conductor manufacturing for power and specialty cables.
