Training course on SIEMENS \[SGT-700\] 30Mw on operation Certificated from SIEMENS

1-Maintain day to day safe operation by:
-Execute routine operational check on field equipment;
-Assists Maintenance staff as required;
-Maintains appropriate documentation regarding works carried out;
-Assists the Shift Leader in troubleshooting unusual, abnormal events during daily operation;
-Assists Vendor’s specialists intervening on Facilities for peculiar and/or extensive events;
-Ensures compliance with HSE regulations as per work instructions;
- First responder for fire fighting;
-Follow up startup and shutdown for all planet equipment;
-Follow up preparation, startup and shutdown procedure for Siemens (SGT 700 & MV12 8A )

2-Commissioning
-flushing and Hydro test for pipe lines
-Leak test the plant by (air, nitrogen, natural gas)
-test all rotating equipments in the field and by SCADA system
-System hand over from the following vendors:
-Invensys Foxboro SCADA system
-Siemens gas turbine "SGT 700
-Siemens turbo compressor "STC- 12 MV 8A
-Transformers (22KV/400V)
-Air compressors "Atlas Copco ZR 145"
-Desalination unit R-O type
-Fire fighting& raw water pumps.
-Diesel generator (380V-2 MW) "C.T.M Italy
-Ultrasonic Turbine Flow & meter

Training course in Siemens Gas Turbine \[SGT5-2000E (V94.2)\] operation certified from EDEPC (East Delta Electricity Production Company).

1 -Gas Turbine (135Mw) (Siemens SGT5-200E(V94.2))
-Hydraulic control and oil system examination.
-Carry out starting, normal operation and shutdown
-Troubleshooting analysis for gas turbine fault and upsets investigation and recommend solution.

2- 220Kv-66Kv Transformer Station
-Operating on (ONE & ONE AND HALF 220KV AND 66KV SWITCH GEAR (GIS)) witch connect the electric generated power from the plant with the electric network by circuit breaker switches.
-Auxiliaries of the plant
-Instrument and service air compressors
-Emergency diesel generator
