RESPONSIBILITIES IN ARCHITECTURAL:
Prepare Plan and Elevation.
Prepare Cross section Detail.
Prepare Ceiling, Bathroom, Kitchen, Door & Window Details.
Deliver the Drawing on time and following the Clients Standard.
RESPONSIBILITIES IN STRUCTURAL:
Prepare Elevation and Section for Detailing Drawing.
Preparing reinforcement detailing for Footing, Column, Beam, Slab, Manhole & Ramp
Prepare Manual Bar bending schedule for Structural Elements.
Deliver the Drawing on time and following the Clients Standard.
Attend the weekly & monthly consultants meeting
Ensure the drawings as per the client’s standards & requirements.
Designing Traffic Diversion route plan & coordinate to the safety department.
Making & conducting all soft drawing work. Performed a site visit for the project.
Maintained organized records of active projects.
Make adjustments and changes to a variety of detailed drawings as necessary.
Reporting projects status level to the design manager.
Instructions and comments to the team members
Prepare Manual Bar bending schedule for precast Elements (joint bay, Link box, PD box, & Manhole)
Excellent knowledge in Auto cad 2D &3D Designing.
Monthly and Weekly projects progress Chart.
• Preparing soft drawing for Building Elements reinforcement detail.
• Preparing material take -off required in the project and assist in the USA constriction field for daily basis.
• Preparations of various engineering reinforce drawings using AUTO CAD 2000-2006, reinforcement detailing with REBAR CAD and Scanned existing drawings. As built /Mark up drawing as per the field modification
• Preparing reinforcement detailing as per the USA construction market.
• Ensuring the quality of work and following standard / proper procedures applicable in various structural reinforcement detailing as per USA standard construction market.
• Coordination with other responsibilities, which can be part of affected by reinforcement detailing work.
• Responsible in preparing estimate of reinforcement steel work.
• Developing requisition, reviewing vendor prints, responding to field questions and preparing close out documentation.
• Responsible in preparing all structural invoice and checking with Client’s QS
• Working under the supervision of RPS & CENTURY -USA
