• 2G/3G Neighboring verification and re-plan.
• Default parameter settings of the network (2G, 3G and HSPA),
• RF optimization with probe and assistant, log files analysis…
• Cluster definition, DT definition, …
• Cluster RF Optimization and report delivery
• KPI definition, translation and threshold
• Daily KPI Monitoring RNC level, NodeB/BTS Level, Cell Level…
• Worst cells problem analysis and Solutions delivery
• New Features activation (Operation done usually by nights at low traffic, and KPI monitoring after operation to validate: Compressed mode activation, RL reestablishment...)
• RNC/BSC configuration parameters check.
• Abnormal event analysis and recommendations (CDR, Interference, PP….)

• Excellent knowledge of Probe, Assistant, Nastar, PRS, M2000, NPMastar, OMStar, UNET, …
• 3G Multi-carrier Planning and optimization (F1, F2, F3 and U900)
