• Develop new training material for internal / external training.
• Perform training needs assessment for the trainees and develop a training plan.
• Prepare training material and presentations for upcoming sessions.
• Arrange training session and follow up with the trainees and managers.
• Pre - Post assessments for trainees.
• Manage daily workflow.
• Train / lead technician team and newly joined Engineers to improve the ability of the team members and their efficiency.
• Ensure proper job distribution, control and follow-up so that work is done correctly and as per schedule.
• Develop an atmosphere in the workshop to maintain good morale and image to the customer.
• Ensure quality of work done to enhanced customer satisfaction.
• Ensure strict implementation of company rules, regulations and procedures (including warranty) within company policies.
• Stock controlling and spare parts ordering.
Job responsibilities:
• Receive Customer pumps/ vehicles for Service and Repair Jobs.
• Understand the customer needs and requirements and accordingly raise Service Orders.
• Provide detailed explanation and technical justification for repairs with cost estimate and obtain approval from customers.
• Raise special orders for parts not available and follow up and keep customer informed.
• Train / lead technician team to improve the ability of the team members and their efficiency.
• Ensure proper job distribution, control and follow-up so that work is done correctly and as per schedule.

• Operating the workshop:
Overhauling and testing Bosch, Zexel and Delphi pumps on Bosch EPS 815, EPS 620 test benches:
Pumps applications:
• Mercedes Benz trucks and buses. • Iveco trucks.
• MAN trucks. • Stationary Engines.
• Scania trucks. • Isuzu and Chevrolet Vehicles
• Perkins Engines. • Heavy equipments.
Pump types: • Bosch inline pumps types A, P, MW and H with RQ, RQV, RSV and RE governors.
• Bosch VE..F pumps.
• Zexel Inline Pumps type A.
• Zexel VE pumps.
• Delphi DPA and DP200 pumps for Perkins engines.
Overhauling and testing Bosch and Zexel injectors on Bosch EPS 100.
Testing and overhauling Bosch and Denso Common Rail Injectors
