Duties and Responsibilities:
• Review the tender documents and take off the quantity of each and every material based on drawing measurements.
• Prepare and update the BOQ package for painting work and gypsum works
• Finalize the unit price for the material with procurement engineer
• Calculate the labor cost in coordination with head of technical & operations.
• Preparing quotation for ongoing and tender projects.
• Update approved IR & MIR log for all projects
• Raise Payment Application on monthly basis against work completion of all projects.
• Prepare variation based on RFI & Design changes to original contract.
• Prepare the Subcontractors Payment Certificate based on site engineers work completion certificate and progress approval.
Duties and Responsibilities: Under Post-Contract.
• Preparing and agreeing payments applications/valuations accordance with the terms of the contract conditions; Works progress and be present at Progress Meeting.
• Provide contractual and commercial support to project management in submission of variations and claims.
• Evaluate potential risks to the project and suggest measures to reduce risks to levels acceptable by the organization.
• Preparing and compiling variation claim Document with all relevant substantiation to the satisfaction of the engineer/Employer.
• Analyze and recommend Subcontract payment application based on actual progress & contract terms and conditions.
• Liaised with Site Agents and Site Engineers to ensure that all works done on site are considered and accounted in the monthly progress billing.
• Sending inquiry & Negotiate with subcontractors & Suppliers
• Preparing & certifying supplier bills, Material consumption & Reconciliation.
• Monitoring the project cost & running cost and coordinate with finance department.

Duties and Responsibilities: Pre-Contract.
• Examination Tender Document.
• Raise internal Memos to Finance for prepare tender bond & financial detail based on Instruction of tender.
• Responsible for estimating take off and monitoring the overall quantities of the project and reviewing subcontractor and vendor invoices.
• Obtains quotes/bids and subcontractor, supplier/vendor quotations in coordination with the purchase department.
• Prepare inquiry status Log for the project to be able to follow up with subcontractors.
• Study Sub-contractor’s quotation and prepare technical & financial comparisons.
• Examine, review of tender drawings/documents for discrepancies, additional BOQ items/scope and incorporating within the tender offer; liaise with consultant regarding ambiguities contract work scope and seek clarifications there to.
• Quantity Take Off for all Civil elements (manually, A-CAD) based on pricing preambles and compiling the Tender BOQ with description.
• Preliminaries Budget as per cost control breakdown.
• Analysis of rates for Labor, Material and Plant (fixed and variable) and thus assist build up costing, pricing and analysis of direct and indirect cost for the BOQ items.
• Updating the Tender Document by Tender Circulars.
• Negotiating with supplier/subcontractors for the best offer they can give.
• Keeping up to date with price changes in the market.
• Prepare Technical and commercial packages as per instruction of tender
• Responding for Post Tender Clarifications.

3. Dialog Axiata Building - Dialog Axiata building constructed by Tudawe Brothers (Pvt) Ltd. The building is a 15 storey Office building, built to the Leed Gold standard and it is a latest addition to Colombo’s skyline.
4. National Nano Technology Park -Homagama, National Nano Technology Park is a four story building with the basement including all facilities.
