1. Supervise and propose changes to meet all product specifications and complete required paperwork for all client product and perform all administrative duties and provide required training to staff.

5. Design all project schedule and plans and analyze all work instructions and hazards and develop various techniques to evaluate all project results and perform research to design all project proposals and maintain safety in working environment at all times.
6. Manage all communication with internal and external customers and provide an effective interface with all R&D managers and resolve all complex issues and ensure optimal utilization of all resources to obtain all desired results.
7. Monitor budget of all small and medium size engineering support and design all contracts in coordination with internal employees and implement various stages of engineering projects and perform troubleshoot on all processes and resolve all queries.
Holding full P&L responsibility for engineering firm, managing team of 9 and a $1 million annual budget. Drive sales initiatives, including bid and proposal preparation/submission. Oversee all design and permitting work.
Completed 25+ projects for clients such as QBS, Alaquariah, PHCC and others.
Completed design/permitting of 300+ house connetion to the main man-hole, and 10 tanks/piping installations.

Implemented and executed successful 1000 house connection for the clients such as QTCG.

Successfully commissioned, installed and O&M for Dubai International Airport Terminal 4 comprising of 17650TR cooling capacity with 11 nos. of cooling tower installation both chilled water and Glycol chiller as a Sub Contractor.
Successfully commissioned, installed and O&M for Ibn Battuta Mall comprising of 15000TR cooling capacity with 6 nos. of cooling tower installation as a Main Contractor.
Earned company award for endless efforts in operation and maintenance of District Cooling Towers in Discovery Gardens.
Completed over 1000+ replacement of damaged GRP pipes beneath the soil. Worked with contractors and vendors to re-circulate the chiller with in 5hours of identifying the leakage.
Successfully given a By-pass connection of around 600mm dia GRP pipes for around 2kms.
Protected company from regulatory enforcement actions by taking over delayed chiller, and pumps upgrades required as per regulatory mandate. Coordinated with suppliers and contractors to complete all work prior to deadline.
