Worked along with Senior claims Manager together with senior leadership of RMTC PMCM JV Consultants & Client (ADA) representatives and administered following responsibilities: Review the D&B Contractor’s EoT Claims, disentangled the Contractor’s claims in to subheads of claims in order to recommend contractual response to the clients, collect facts from the project documents for client’s defense perspectives, coordinate with design, construction contracts, project control, QA/QC and HSE departments to analyze the contractor’s claim, advising the forensic planner in time line facts gathered from the merit analysis, coordinating and seeking advises from the forensic planner for the effect of critical path of project for delay analysis. Supported the Senior claims Manager in PMCM’s EoT claims response/draft report with detailed exposes with the sections of Heads/Summary of Claim, Contractual Position of the Contractor, Risk Allocation, Contractor’s Failure to Comply with Conditions Precedent, Merit Analysis, Detailed Assessment of Contractor’s Delay Analysis, Assessment of Contractor’s Claimed Delay Costs, Assessment of Mitigation, Assessment of Concurrent/Contractor-Caused Delays, Engineer’s Delay Analysis, Engineer’s Delay Costs Assessment, Employer’s Obligations, Responses to Allegations in Contractor’s Claim and Recommendations. Assist the PMCM senior management in peers review process of the claims draft report and obtain the senior management approval.
