Operational responsibilities:
•Well head operation.
•Gas Purification (DEA).
•Sulfur Recovery Unit (Clause reaction) unit capacity 64MT.
•Amine Regeneration.
•Glycol Regeneration.
•Monitoring the well parameters (FTHP, Flow line Pressure, Flow line Temperature, Primary and Secondary Casing head pressures), Check the Chemical Injection system.
•Start-up and Shut-down the plant and monitor the field parameters for safe working at all time to avoid trips and process upset.
•Operation of three phase horizontal HP & LP separator.
•Receive the work instructions from Field Production manager and execute with Field engineers and Field operators.
•Co-ordinates with maintenance department to carry out various maintenance activities at the plant and wellheads for smooth running of the plant without any equipment down time.
•Majority of the time spent in the field to monitor and control the plant parameters and to achieve the production targets in safe and efficient manner.
•Hand over and acceptance of wells to and from Work-over operations.
•Overseeing the Process operations of Crude oil, Water and Gas separation.
•Maintain the Field Log sheets/Records/Checklist, Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly as per Company HSE Standards.
•Tanker loading facility with Export booster pumps.
•Operate and monitor Processes Parameters throughout the DCS.
•CCR to Ensure That Operations Going on Smoothly.
•Complete daily production, shipping and inventory reports during shift and passes to supervisor.
•Perform the daily production reports (mid- night and others).
•Perform Required Administrative Functions such as Completing Forms, PTW, Checklists and Log Sheets.
•Perform other related duties as required.
•Operate minor maintenance for all equipment during the shift, including monitoring of operating conditions for such.
•Equipment including equipment on site and reporting any problems.
•Monitor chemical injection rates and makes adjustments as required.
Fire &Safety:
•Knowledge of fire & Safety procedure.
•Checking and operation of Fire Fighting Equipment’s such as Extinguishers like Foam, DCP, CO2, Fire Water Pump, and Jockey Pump.
•Familiarize with Deluge valve system Fire Hose Reel, Fire sprinkler systems and also fire detection and fire monitoring systems.
•Operation of personal protective equipment’s and breathing apparatus.
•Experience in First aid Activities like cardiac pulmonary resuscitation, artificial respiration, arrest bleedings etc.
