 Letter drafting and correspondence, documents filing and maintains properly
 Attending telephone calls and handle in appropriate manner
 Preparation of documents to obtain ministry of transport permits and royal commission permits for heavy cargo transportation
 Arranging the documents to renew vehicle registration and truck load capacity cards
 Arranging the documents to renew various plant and port id’s for employees and vehicles
 Arranging the documents to obtain various plant and port gate pass
 Coordination with HR department to issue new and renew the employee residence permits, driving license, crane license etc.,
 Preparation of daily reports to the management
 Receiving and dispatching documents, parcel through postal, courier
 Performs general clerical duties like photo copying, faxing, mailing etc.,
 Recommends actions to be taken on office expenditures such as equipment and supply needs
