Spearheaded small and medium size projects including engineering, fabrication and installation, which required directing and thorough coordination/follow up with cross functional departments. In addition to, tracking performance at the jobsite to assure the fast response in case of any occasional incidents and ensure customer satisfaction.
The following projects were completed with savings varying between 10 and 40% and ahead of schedule.
• Heidelberg Cement, Kiln feed modification design
• Vicat Cement, Clinker dust transportation system
• Abu Zabal Fertilizers and Chemicals Company, Overhaul of Unit 7
• GlassRock Insulation Company, Replacement of chains for the flight conveyor
Successfully led steel structure, piping and vessels projects for Oil and Gas sector and made significant contributions by achieving project objectives in the following projects:

• DAELIM Industrial - Installation of Telemetry System for Monitoring and Control of Consumers Network System

• GS Engineering & Construction - Construction and Maintenance of Water Distribution Complex (Azzour WDC II)
Complete Skids (Includes Steel structure, Vessels, Piping and Instrumentation)
• Twin Filter - WARA Pressure Maintenance Project
Managed high tonnage “major” and complex projects - as mentioned below - sometimes simultaneously, in addition to providing technical and managerial directions to 3 team members to achieve the monthly “Intake and Shipping” targets.
• Police College in Kuwait - 6000 tons (2, 200, 000 KD)
• KGL warehouses in Kuwait - 2000 tons (800, 000 KD)
• Warehouse for Gulf Warehousing in Qatar - 1500 tons (900, 000 KD)
• Agility warehouse in Kuwait - 1000 tons (400, 000 KD)
• Buildings in Cement Plant in Angola - 2000 tons (3, 000, 000 USD)
• National Guard Warehouses in 4 different location around Kuwait - 1000 tons (375, 000 KD)
• Warehouses for Public Authority for Agricultural Affairs and Fish Resources - 1000 tons (430, 000 KD)
• Kidzania "Avenues phase 3" - 700 tons (250, 000 KD)
Executed and handled all types of operations from design to closure for the following project according to the defined budget & time.
• Abdul Aziz Al Babtain Cultural Waqf Project
• Technip Italy S.P.A - The Kuwait Olefins Co. Ethylene Construction - Abdul Project
• Foster Wheeler Italiana - The Kuwait Olefins Co. Ethylene Glycol 2 Project
• MTC (Mobile Telecommunication Co.) - Erection of communication towers
Handled technical submittals and finalize paper work for building and civil engineering projects
