Installing and Troubleshooting
• Installing Windows server 2003, windows xp, 7 & 8.
• Responsible to maintain the Active directory.
• Responsible for configuring IP Addressing & Sub netting.
• Installing the new computers and connecting with Domain server.
• Controlling and Troubleshooting the computers under domain networks.

• Responsible for Installation, Configuration, Trouble shooting and Operations of Networking products and system.
• Experience in day-to-day Network activities and troubleshooting
• Responsible for configuring IP Addressing &sub netting.
• Responsible for configuring wireless connection and configure various wireless routers, wireless access point.
• Responsible for configure static ip address and port forwarding various ports in network
• Responsible for configuring the routers and VLAN, VTP Domain creation in switches.
• Responsible for configure mail and Microsoft outlook Express.
• Responsible for Configuring and handling CCTV camera in Network using Static IP, DDNS.
• Exposure in remote access tools like Net meeting, Team viewers, ammyy admin, putty etc.,
• Supporting for IP Blacklist issues -- Dynamic & Static IP.
• Monitoring the system to ensure consistent performance.
• Maintaining backups of the system in case of hardware failure or other disasters.
• Supporting the system, including making upgrades to the software, assisting with application upgrades, and dealing with troubleshooting issues.
• Providing support for the end users experiencing problems.
• Supporting the network, including assisting in upgrades and distribution of the application, and performing troubleshooting regarding the workstations or network
