• JOB DESCRIPTION :

1- Prepare and oversight the accounting activities including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, audit, cash & petty cash management.
2- Prepare month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely review of financial information, accuracy, and compliance with internal and government regulations.
3- Preparing monthly and quarterly profit and loss ( P & L ) reports and Providing support to internal and external auditors.
4- Preparing a break-even point analysis report periodically, in order to know the status of the company and whether it is on the right way.
5- Review monthly closing reports and check the JV Transaction and modified so as to ensure the accuracy of the reports.
6- Ensure that there is no defect in the trial balance and send it to the auditor, and record the closing JV for the financial statements, which pertain to the financial period.
7- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts.
8- Preparing a periodic report of checks owed to suppliers and following up on clients' collections according to the concluded contracts.
9- Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses.
10- Prepare the payroll of the employees and journal entries and adjustments necessary.
11- Preparation of annual benefits for all employees of the company.
12- Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk.
13- Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
14- Maintaining the confidentiality of the data available & Comply with all requests for Chief Financial officer.
