Prepares designs, Estimation and proposals for ELV/Telecom Systems.
Commercial proposal- Studying specifications and prepare product selection, solution design, BOQ, costing and generate RFQ to vendors and conclude the list of exclusions/inclusions/deviations/assumptions
Technical proposal- Preparation of system architecture/schematic diagram/specifications compliance etc.
Prepare presentation on specific project /product and present during technical evaluation stage.
Meeting with Vendors/distributors, Manufacturer for more updates and internal evaluation of products and cost.
Technical and commercial submittal preparation according to tender docs
Detail design & Estimation according to tender documents
Negotiate with suppliers/vendors based on project budget Coordinate with the client and consultant to get the design approval
Quick response for RFP, RFQ and sales Enquiries Understand ELV/Telecom updates and propose /design cost effective solution based on customer/project requirement
Attend meeting with client, consultant for product approval, technical and commercial discussions.
Support Sales team in sizing and closing the deal technically.
Guide technical team during design and implementation phase.
Site survey conducting according to that design and proposal making
Program and commission installed systems. Commissioning support to site team for all ELV /security systems
Provide Technical support to the site engineers & customers
Conduct POCs foe the consultant/end users ( if required )
➢ Prepares quotes, designs, & proposals for Security Systems
➢ Installation Guidance, Testing and commissioning of Security systems.
➢ Site supervision and co-ordination before, during, and after installation.
➢ Site survey, Design, Technical and commercial submittal preparation.
Install equipment; run and pull wiring; program and calibrate equipment; adhere to codes, regulations, and standards.
Supervise the work of junior staff.
Verify system is functioning by testing equipment, connections, and signals identifying and correcting problems.
Design, Testing and Commissioning of CCTV with DVR’, NVR, s and Quad Switcher.
Design, Testing and Commissioning of Public Addressing system (BOSCH, TOA & Australian Monitor ).
Design, Testing and Commissioning of Access Control Systems
Maintain customer report by resolving concerns; answering questions.
Maintain safe and secure work environment by following safe practices; keeping security information confidential.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
