-Manage Network and security operation and new implementation team Team & Security Team to maintain and monitor our infrastructure.
-Manage, coach Infrastructure team and set the monthly and yearly objectives with development plan.

-Design, configure and implement security and network Infrastructure solution on many technology "Cisco, Fortinet, etc " .
-Design, configure and implement cisco wireless network solution.

-Executes the networking preventive and maintenance plans
-Executes networking capacity planning
-Ensures readiness of recovery and continuity items
-Plan, design and manage the organization's LAN network expansion. Installed network routers, cabling, and switches
-Manage our 6 sites located in Egypt”3 sites” or international “Dubai and Poland”
-Design and configure our Wireless solution
-Manage and configure our Cisco Tele presence.
-Traffic engineering.
-Find solution to enhance our network infrastructure, connections.
-find solutions and design our customer connectivity’s
-make BCP tests and make sure that the network up and running 24 by7.
-Resolving escalated problem’s from IT Support Engineers.
-Adherence to the actions/assigned tasks deadlines
-follow up with providers to fix the links problems
-Manage Tacacs and radius servers
-Checking the redundancy test for links and switches
-Performs Network administration activities
-Purchasing the Network hardware (Switches, routers, ASA, FortiGate, etc...
-Implement new Sites locally and internationally.
-Planned, designe and manage the organization's LAN network expansion. Installed network routers, cabling, and switches
-Resolving escalated problem’s from IT Support Engineers in not more than 60 Minutes
-Provide PRTG network performance report on weekly basis for All networking components (data switches, routers and Firewall)
-Provide Network incidents log in Weekly basis,
-Adherence to the actions/assigned tasks deadlines
-follow up with providers to fix the links problems
-Manage Tacacs and rediuse servers
-Checking the redundancy test for links and switches

4-Deal with the Cisco IP phones and troubleshooting the network problems

1-Supporting employers with IT supports as we have nearly 1000 agents in the Call Center
2-Windows System and security Administrator: control users accounts, profiles and emails on windows (using active directory)
3- Knowledge about Cisco, Nortel, and 3com network switches
4- Knowledge about most of servers types (Exchange, ISA, web server, predictive dialer, Siebel, profile server.......)
5- Knowledge about voice system:
A-NORTEL option 61c PABX: configuring and check lines problems
B- Symposium Express Call Center Server: create new agents and projects
C- Also deal with VOIP
6-We have more than 30 project in our call center which allowed me dealing with a wide brands of applications like MS Siebel, NTS, Remedy user, remote applications, citrix………….
7- Responsible for recording application (Call Parrot),
At Miraco carrier for air-conditions (telesales& customer service)
