• Restructuring the company business model by puting new business system and supervise the implementation with the GM.
• Open new business channels and build relationship with new customers.
• Promote the company profile which is big and not limited to rotating equipment services and covered different activities.
• Handling the qualification process of the company with the most of Saudi Customers “S. Aramco, SABIC, IPPs, Petrochemical Plants, etc.”
• Develop business, Promote, open new market for the Solar Arabia Ltd. Co. which is a sister company by building relationship with new customers and supervise the qualification process.
• Responsible on promoting EEG profile in the market which is covering the rotating equipment services for Oil & Gas and Power Generation customers for Compressor, Steam Turbines, Gas Turbines and Generators services.
• Implement the company sales strategy to drive the sales process “Customer relationship, tenders / RFQs hunting, market intelligence, follow up, closing the deals” in different regions KW, BH, SA & EG.
• Plan and Forecast sales OE for each Region / Customer.
• Achieve and exceed revenue goals and targets.
• Work with different abroad Business Units.
• Develop key account relationships in the region with partners, agents and the customers.
• Work with account executives to maintain a pipeline through Salesforce.com.
• Stay abreast of industry news, competition and customers trends.
• Foster teamwork that drives motivation and retention.
• Main customers were S. Aramco, SABIC, Ma’aden, SWCC Plants, KJO, Edra, EGCC, etc.
• Leading a diverse team of 6 sales managers as we were responsible on achieving the company goals / targets from the Oil & Gas customers.
• Ensures profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution and management of a supportive team.
• Leads, manages, and develops Account Managers and Client Relationship Managers to optimize team performance.
• Performance management by as was involved on the annual performance reviews, performance improvement plans, formal and informal coaching and counseling.
• Assist Sales Managers in the development of their sales and marketing plans, forecasting, performance management to make sure that matching with the company plan then measure and track the results.
• Managing Key Active Accounts.
• Selling Mechanical & Electrical Services to S. Aramco and Sabic.
• Handling S. Aramco account as a key account manager.
• Forecasting the pipeline for each customer and deliver the committed targets.
• Handling customer presentations and events (Exhibitions & forums).
Leading a team to achieve the company objectives for certain regions and customers.
• Preparing proposals and delivering the targets Order Entry and cash flow.
• Selling steel products like cable trays, mechanical fixation system for marble, etc. and Agriculture products, Power
tools and its' accessories.
• Providing a technical support and design of mechanical fixation system for marble.
• Selling Mechanical Design Software "SolidWorks, COSMOS, CAMWorks, Striker System"
• Providing Training services of Mechanical Design software to engineers & students "performed almost more than 15 training courses sessions”.
• Design of some projects by using the Mechanical Design software.
